Order, Payment and Shipping
Order: Please email us your name, contact no., serial no. of accessories and address (for delivery) to ministryofbeads@gmail.com We will reply to confirm your order and provide payment arrangements.
Payment: We accept any of the following payment methods 1) DBS/POSB/UOB bank transfer 2) Cheques 3) Cash (during meet-ups)
If the item(s) that you are interested in is SOLD or UNAVAILABLE, simply send an email to ministryofbeads@gmail.com and we will see if remakes are possible subject to the availability of parts and material.
Reservations are allowed up to 3 days. Payment should be made within that period of time.
Shipping: We ship all parcels via Singpost. Types of delivery methods are as follows:
1) Normal Mail (additional $0.50) - Parcels will be sent to your mailbox. Do note that we will not be liable for any parcels lost under this mode of postage.
2) Registered Mail (additional $2.50) - Parcels sent under this mode will be received at your doorstepSignature is required upon delivery. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost mails. Registered mail can be tracked here: http://www.singpot.com.sg/ra/index.htm Please confirm if registered postage is preferred.
Meet-ups are possible as well (with no additional fees) subject to time and convenience of all parties. Please confirm if you prefer a meet-up.
Please note that m.o.b will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. Goods sold are non refundable & non exchangeable. Rest assured that items(s) will be properly wrapped, packed and sealed securely to prevent damage during shipping.
